Infinite Patriot / Where Your Support Goes

The purpose matters.
So does the follow-through.

What came in. What it helped pay for. What we completed. What is next. Program by program, with approved figures and the story behind the work.

Real fire-hall gear behind the Infinite Patriot monument story
The work behind the purpose. Not a claim of funded expenditure.

How to read it

Clear numbers.
Clear boundaries.

Program scope

American Fallen Heroes and On-the-Go are reported separately. The report will identify its dates, eligible receipts and cash-basis scope. All-time totals need a documented start and opening balance.

Actual costs

Fees come from actual processing records. Apparel, gear, postage, packing, research, design, documented administration and partner distributions need recorded expense inputs, not assumed percentages.

Cash and commitments

A benefit reserve is not an expense already paid. Release the related reserve as fulfillment spending occurs, so the same cost is not deducted twice. Canceling renewal does not cancel a benefit already earned.

Gift cards, tax and delivery

Gift-card loads are stored-value obligations, not unrestricted mission support. Redemptions are not a second cash receipt. Collected sales tax is excluded, and shipping receipts/treatment will be disclosed separately.

Transfers and in-kind support

Cross-program transfers appear on both ledgers without increasing combined receipts. Donated or sponsored goods are shown separately as quantities and descriptions, not estimated cash received.

Corrections and timing

Publish only reviewed, owner-approved summaries with period, as-of date, reviewer and version. Keep prior versions and correction notes. Retain the last approved period and label late updates, rather than calling old figures current.

Period archive / Corrections

A record you can
come back to.

No approved monthly reports or corrections have been published. Downloadable summaries will be added only after approval.

The proposed review rhythm is monthly, with a target of the 15th after period close once the owner confirms the process. This is not an active publication guarantee.

Public reports will contain aggregate figures only. Supporter identities, addresses, payment details, private invoices and bank records will remain private.

The work behind the report

Follow the people
and the progress.

Meet the people, follow the monument work, and see what is being built inside Infinite Patriot. Related stories will link to approved periods when available, without becoming a separate newsletter or story archive.

Separate from cash

In-kind support.
Verified deliveries.

No approved noncash quantities have been reported yet. Sponsored or donated goods will be shown as quantities and descriptions, not estimated cash received.

Planned, in-production and delivered items will be distinguished. Buying goods is one cash expense; later distributing those same goods is an impact event, not a second expense.

Monthly accountability / Approved reports only

Good records first.
Approved reports second.

The planned process is to collect program-tagged payment and expense records, reconcile actual cash and paid commitments, then obtain owner approval before publishing an aggregate report.

We are preparing the recordkeeping and review process. Payments, expenses, refunds and outstanding commitments must be reconciled before a report can be approved. This page does not display an automatic bank or payment feed.

No report has been approved yet. Financial figures will appear only after the underlying records have been reconciled and the owner has approved the report.
