Product Details: Port & Co BG614 Core Fleece Sweatshirt Cinch Pack with front pouch pocket and drawcord closure. Pack colors: Athletic Heather, Dark Heather Grey, Jet Black, Military Camo, Navy, Royal. Not intended for children 12 and under. Apparel uses approved American Fallen Heroes tribute artwork and the program’s confirmed garment models.

For every X-Small bag sold, we donate one bag through the On-the-Go Bag Program. Bags provide practical support to people going through a hard time, with dignity and no questions asked.

Shipping and requests

Available shipping services and prices are calculated at checkout. Shipping uses the current owner-approved planned packed weight and outside parcel dimensions, not a measured supplier packout. Tax and shipping are additional. WELCOME20 does not apply to this package.

Only the listed standard contents are included. Some photos may show example accessories. Additional items are separate purchases, not changes to the standard package.

Shipping
Shipping Policy

  • Regular apparel: Orders, including customer-shipped Tee and Hoodie club orders, dispatch within 3–5 business days after successful payment and receipt of the required size, design, and order information.
  • Complete On-the-Go bags: Orders dispatch within 3–5 business days when the required components are available and payment and required order information are complete.
  • Business days: Dispatch windows exclude weekends and holidays. Dispatch means handing the parcel to the carrier, not arrival at the delivery address.
  • Carrier transit: Delivery time is separate from production, assembly, and dispatch time. The 3–5-business-day dispatch window is not a guaranteed delivery window.
  • Shipping charges: New post-launch orders use paid shipping, with applicable charges disclosed before payment. No blanket free-shipping-over-$75 promise is included.
  • Earlier orders: Orders placed under earlier terms retain those terms.

Returns
Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return requests: Customers may request a standard-merchandise return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags where supplied.
  • Custom and personalized merchandise: Buyer-specific custom or personalized orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production starts. Ordinary Infinite Patriot designs are not automatically treated as personalized merely because they are printed after purchase.
  • Hygiene products: Opened hygiene products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Incorrect, damaged, or defective goods remain eligible for review and an appropriate remedy.
  • Customer-selected size or change of mind: The customer pays return postage, and original shipping charges are not refunded. A replacement size is subject to availability, and any replacement shipping cost is disclosed before agreement.
  • Our mistake, damage, or defect: Infinite Patriot covers necessary remedy shipping and offers a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Restocking fees: No restocking fee applies.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after returned goods are received and inspected, or after approval when no return is required. Bank or payment-provider posting time is separate from Infinite Patriot’s refund-processing time.

Earlier orders retain the terms that applied when purchased. These new terms are not applied retroactively.
