Description

$25 USD per selected monthly, quarterly or annual billing period. Each successful payment earns ONE curated memorial tee. Annual means one yearly charge and one garment for that yearly payment, not quarterly prepaid shipments.

DONATE MINE is available: We select recipients through our community partners and handle distribution. Program staff choose an appropriate garment size. Your one garment is allocated for donation instead of being shipped to you; no customer delivery address or customer delivery charge applies. Billing details may still be required by the payment processor. This is a physical garment obligation, not support-only funding, and no second matching garment is created.

Selections come from our existing approved memorial collection and may rotate or repeat. No complete-collection or no-repeat guarantee is made. General Infinite Patriot and Liberty Stick artwork are not part of this memorial pool. No immediate donation/delivery or charitable tax-deductibility claim is made.

RECEIVE MINE is available in XS through 4XL. Choose your garment size and receive one curated memorial garment per successful payment. USPS shipping charges and any applicable tax are additional and shown at checkout. For subscriptions, review the shipping charge in the recurring total before authorizing payment; automatic carrier re-quotation on each renewal is not promised.

Your selected amount recurs at the chosen interval until cancelled. Explicit payer consent is required at checkout. Manage future renewals through My Account; cancelling does not erase already-paid, unfulfilled garment orders. Failed or unpaid renewals do not earn garments. Refund requests are handled separately.

Fulfillment is administered through native paid WooCommerce orders/renewal orders. Staff record the actual memorial/source ID, garment size, community-partner allocation and distribution in private order notes before completing the order.

Shipping
Tee and Hoodie garment orders

  • Receive Mine uses paid USPS shipping. Available services and charges for your delivery address are shown at checkout before payment.
  • For a recurring purchase, review the initial and recurring totals and shipping terms at checkout.
  • Donate Mine: We select a recipient through our community partners and handle distribution. There is no customer delivery charge and no recipient shipping address is required.
  • Your purchase provides one garment benefit. Donate Mine replaces shipment to you; it does not add a second matching garment.
  • Regular apparel: Orders, including customer-shipped Tee and Hoodie club orders, dispatch within 3–5 business days after successful payment and receipt of the required size, design, and order information.
  • Business days: Dispatch windows exclude weekends and holidays. Dispatch means handing the parcel to the carrier, not arrival at the delivery address.
  • Carrier transit: Delivery time is separate from production, assembly, and dispatch time. The 3–5-business-day dispatch window is not a guaranteed delivery window.
  • Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. These shipping terms apply to new orders and do not change the terms of an earlier order.

Returns
Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return requests: Customers may request a standard-merchandise return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags where supplied.
  • Custom and personalized merchandise: Buyer-specific custom or personalized orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production starts. Ordinary Infinite Patriot designs are not automatically treated as personalized merely because they are printed after purchase.
  • Hygiene products: Opened hygiene products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Incorrect, damaged, or defective goods remain eligible for review and an appropriate remedy.
  • Customer-selected size or change of mind: The customer pays return postage, and original shipping charges are not refunded. A replacement size is subject to availability, and any replacement shipping cost is disclosed before agreement.
  • Our mistake, damage, or defect: Infinite Patriot covers necessary remedy shipping and offers a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Restocking fees: No restocking fee applies.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after returned goods are received and inspected, or after approval when no return is required. Bank or payment-provider posting time is separate from Infinite Patriot’s refund-processing time.

Earlier orders retain the terms that applied when purchased. These new terms are not applied retroactively.
