Reno Olvera
Founder
Reno Olvera is a Marine Corps veteran who served from 2006 to 2011, including multiple tours in Iraq and humanitarian missions around the world. Today, he’s an active firefighter and the founder of Infinite Patriot—a Montana-based apparel company dedicated to honoring America’s Fallen Heroes through memorial apparel, tackling suicide among the 1 percenters, and driving meaningful community action.
With nearly two decades of public service, Reno currently serves as the Training Officer for Laurel Fire Rescue and as Helicopter Manager for the Montana Helitack Crew in the Southern Land Office for the Montana Department of Natural Resources & Conservation. Whether he’s coordinating aerial firefighting missions, managing ground operations as an Engine Boss trainee, or putting his certified sawyer skills to work (he’ll tell you there’s nothing quite like time spent with a chainsaw), Reno brings operational expertise, leadership, and a deep commitment to safety and teamwork.
Since founding Infinite Patriot in 2022, Reno has built a mission-driven brand from the ground up. Under his leadership, Infinite Patriot has donated over $145,000 to veterans, first responders, and their families, and grown into a nationwide project with state-by-state memorial apparel that transforms remembrance into action. Reno’s hands-on approach covers everything from apparel design and production to event partnerships and community outreach.
Reno’s professional experience also includes management roles at Home Depot (overseeing $100M+ in annual sales and leading veteran-focused community projects), project management for Boeing’s global events team (Boeing X and Horizon Next projects), and media production for Fox Sports News. He holds a Master Certification in Project Management from Villanova University, a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
Reno’s commitment to service extends into the community. He’s an active volunteer firefighter with Laurel Volunteer Fire Department, a former Commander for Montana’s Veterans of Foreign Wars, and a frequent public speaker at major civic events. Whether managing aerial firefighting missions, building remembrance projects, or training the next generation of first responders, Reno’s work is rooted in respect, integrity, and a deep belief in honoring those who serve.
About our Managers
Shane Willis
Sales Manager – Infinite Patriot
Battalion Chief | Laurel Fire & Rescue
Sergeant | US Army (OEF)
Hey, I’m Shane Willis. I’m a U.S. Army veteran who had the honor of serving during Operation Enduring Freedom, and those experiences taught me a lot about perseverance, teamwork, and staying grounded no matter what life throws my way. After my time in the military, I continued finding ways to give back by joining the Laurel Volunteer Fire Department, where I’ve proudly served for more than ten years.
These days, I work in sales, where I get to connect with people, solve problems, and build lasting relationships — something I truly enjoy. When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll probably find me outdoors. I’m an avid hunter and love spending time in nature, whether it’s out in the woods or just enjoying a quiet day outside.
I’ve been happily married for six years, and family time is what keeps me grounded. Whether it’s sharing a meal, relaxing at home, or heading out on a new adventure, I believe in appreciating the little moments that make life meaningful.

Cedar Webb
Operations Manager – Infinite Patriot
Logistics/Operations | On The Rox Fabrication
Hi, I’m Cedar! I’m proud to be part of the Infinite Patriot team. This journey has given me so many opportunities to grow, learn new skills, and push myself beyond what I thought possible—all alongside an amazing group of people dedicated to honoring our nation’s heroes.
My favorite part of the job is working hands-on in production and embroidery, where I get to help bring our tribute apparel to life. There’s something special about knowing each piece supports veterans, first responders, and their families.
Outside of Infinite Patriot, I work full-time at On The Rox Fabrication, handling all of our shipping and assembly. When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me traveling, catching live music at concerts, or baking up treats to share with my family and friends. I’m grateful every day to be part of a mission that gives back and keeps the memory of our heroes alive.
